Royal Mail Information

Royal Mail Tracked 24 and 48 UK orders are delivered working days which are Monday to Friday with the exception of local and national bank holidays and excluding weekends. Please note Royal Mail Tracked Services not guaranteed services. Royal Mail only aims for next-day delivery with Tracked 24 and two to three working days for Tracked 48.  

Royal Mail Special Delivery is a guaranteed tracked service for mainland UK only. Orders placed and dispatched from Sheenashona will be delivered next day by 1pm by Royal Mail on working days Monday through Friday. Delivery by Royal Mail does not include weekends or UK bank holidays.

Dispatch Time Scales

• Transactions are processed in pounds sterling
• All orders received and payment cleared before 2pm GMT Monday to Friday, excluding bank holidays will be dispatched the same day 
• Any ordered received and payment cleared after 2pm GMT will be dispatched the following day
  
• All jewellery and personalised items are photographed prior to packing & dispatch as part of our quality assurance process.

Additional Delivery Information

• All orders UK, European & Rest of The World dispatched will be provided a Royal Mail Tracking Number
  
• Please ensure you provide a delivery address where you are likely to be in at the time of delivery (home or work). If you are not present at the time of delivery our courier company will leave a calling card and you will be able to reschedule your delivery for a more convenient time or pick it up.
• Parcels with a business address listed will be delivered to the designated delivery place at the chosen business address, not always directly to the recipient.
• Please note that any custom duty and taxes incurred in the country of destination are the responsibility of the customer.
• For security reasons we are unable to deliver goods to PO Boxes, Hotels and Pack Stations.
• Orders may be subject to security checks, which may cause a delay in the processing of your order. We may need to contact you to carry out these security checks. Where we are unable to reach you using the contact details provided it will delay the dispatch of your order.
