* Royal Mail Tracked 24 and 48 UK orders are delivered working days Monday to Friday with the exception of local and national bank holidays.

- Royal Mail UK tracked service delivery time scales relate to working days Monday to Friday excluding bank holidays or the weekends.
- Please ensure you provide a delivery address where you are likely to be in at the time of delivery (home or work). If you are not present at the time of delivery our courier company will leave a calling card and you will be able to reschedule your delivery for a more convenient time or pick it up.
- Parcels with a business address listed will be delivered to the designated delivery place at the chosen business address, not always directly to the recipient.
- Please note that any custom duty and taxes incurred in the country of destination are the responsibility of the customer.
- For security reasons we are unable to deliver goods to PO Boxes, Hotels and Pack Stations.
