We personalise many of our candles and home fragrance. We ask when you provide your personalisation information to double check the spelling and grammar before you add your item to your basket, as we print on the label exactly the message you provide. We know that sometimes mistakes happen after all we are all human. Should this be the case please speak with us and we will try to resolve any issues you may have. As a first response we will always ask you to provide a photograph. In addition to ensure transparency and as part of our quality assurance process & policy we photograph all personalised items along with jewellery prior to wrapping & dispatch.
